The Dargah Project:

In 2017, I had the opportunity to contribute to the Lama Foundation’s shrine building project in honor of Murshid Samuel Lewis. I crafted four distinct designs for a total of 16 ornamental copper ceiling tiles, intended to harmonize with the motifs and sacred geometry used throughout the building. I hand cut, punched, embossed, and steel-wooled each individual tile to fit within the specialty skylight for the roof of the shrine. This project enabled me to collaborate with a variety of architects, artists, and craftspeople within the United States and India.
